- Posters must be in place between 08:00-09:00 on the May 29 (Thu) and removed by 11:00 on the May 31 (Sat). Double-sided adhesive tapes are available at the information desk in the Poster Area, and posters left behind the rear-down schedule will be discarded.

Internet Lounge
- Internet access is available in the exhibition area. You can bring your own lab-top computer for internet connection or use the lab -top computers in the Internet Lounge.
Preview Room
- All speakers are required to check-in at the ‘Preview Room’ for reviewing their slides and saving their final versions. Final presentation files must be uploaded at least 4 hours before their sessions begin.

Coffee Breaks
- Daily coffee breaks will be served in the Exhibition Area during the conference period. For exact time, please refer to the detailed program.
Message Board
- Participants can freely exchange messages with others using the message board in the registration area and find useful information throughout the congress. Announcements will also be posted on the board.
Cloakroom
- You can keep your hand baggage and personal effects at the cloakroom in registration area. Location Registration Desk (2F)
Name Badges
- For security purposes, delegates and exhibitors must wear their name badges during the conference as well as to the Conference Banquet on Friday evening. Name badges will be given to you when you register. If your badge needs correction, please visit the registration desk for replacement.

Certificate of Attendance
- A Certificate of Attendance is issued for general delegates for conference at the registration desk after 3 p.m. during the conference period.
A/V Taping
- Due to copyright restrictions and legal issues, only the contractor authorized by KHUPO is permitted to audiotape scientific sessions. All other audiotaping, videotaping or photographing during scientific sessions is strictly prohibited.
